Kristie Schwartz is responsible for financial operations and reporting. Another veteran of the Ganeden Biotech senior team, she manages everything from Accounts Receivables/Payables to end-of-month KPI spreadsheets and financials, not to mention sales performance reporting, sourcing, production and orders. Working behind the scenes, Kristie is in many ways just as responsible for positive client relationships as any Step Change leadership team member.

She holds a degree in Early Childhood Education, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Accounting with minor in Finance from Cleveland State University.
