Liz Kozar is the Customer Experience Manager at Step Change Innovations, where she drives customer experiences, enhances client relationships and manages internal projects. Liz is pivotal in ensuring that the company consistently delivers value across the nutraceuticals industry.
Liz’s journey in customer experience and talent management began in 2012. She has since held key roles in recruiting and project management, including leading talent acquisition efforts at Locus Fermentation Solutions and supporting global implementation projects at Alexander Mann Solutions. Her experience spans multiple industries, including consumer goods, investment banking, and engineering, where she has developed a reputation for her ability to streamline processes and build strong, collaborative teams.
